| Job Description: |
| Department: Competative Assessment
The Competative Assessment department informs Kaiser leadership of what is happening outside of Kaiser. The dept keeps the organization abreast of competitors and market trends. The department helps to drive stratgic decisions.
As a team member, the intern will play an important role in researching, archiving and presenting competative information. The intern will develop a comprehensive competitor database and condict market and competitor analysis.

| Management Goals: |
| Supervisor works full time. The intern will be included as a department team member and will participate in all team activities. |
| Special Job Requirements: |
| Computer skills, analytic skills, quick learner, health care industry knowledge a plus. |
| Additional Information: |
| The position can be 24 to 40 hours per week. We prefer full time, but part time is OK. |
