| Value of the internship to the Agency/Firm: |
| The intern will be able to assist the Director of Finance with various projects in the Finance Dept. S/he will be able to play a role in analyzing strategic initiatives (ROI analysis, cost-benefit analysis, departmental analysis, etc). This person will also assist in forecasting, month end analysis and variance analysis. |
| Value of the internship to the Intern: |
| The intern should be able to get a clear understanding of the functionality and growth of a technology company in full expansion mode. They will be able to contribute much of their learned knowledge as well as be able to be involved in-depth in various financial projects. |
| Job Description: |
| The intern will report to the Director of Finance on a regular schedule. Generally speaking the intern will be required to a 5 day work week totaling 40 hours a week.
General duties will involve assisting the Accountant and Controller in various projects relating to Financial Analysis.

| Management Goals: |
| The Director of Finance of Sitoa is the person who’s overall responsibility is for all financial aspects of the company’s financials. The Controller is a full time employee of the company who reports directly to the CFO and manages the Finance Team. |
| Special Job Requirements: |
| • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Experience in gathering and developing information into clear and concise presentations.
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with the following software tools: Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organization, planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
The intern needs to be able to travel to and from the worksite in San Mateo. They should be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally and should have completed at least 3 years of college with their major being related to Finance or Economics.
